We are excited to offer a NEW EIGHT PAGE Newsletter full of amazing events and opportunities!

The Summer Reading Program is almost here! This summer's reading program will get you up and moving with On Your Mark, Get Set, READ! (Children) and Get in the Game, READ! (Teens & Tweens). We will focus on health and fitness by encouraging all children from birth to 18 years old to gear up! Join us for weekly Kid's Fit Clubs, Sportstacular Saturday Events for ALL ages, Scholastic Book Fair, Messy Mondays and Movin' and Groovin' with Miss Diane! Teens and tweens have weekly Tap-Out Thursday Events, Weekly Gold, Silver, and Bronze Prizes, Chill Yoga every Wednesday, and the NEW Pizza & Pages Book Club! Children and teens can create a goal of how many days (children) or books (teens) they would like to read over the Summer Reading Program for a chance to win one of the Grand Prize Medals. Grand Prizes include a Zehnder's Family Getaway worth $150 plus $25 Gas Card, Craig's Cruisers Family Fun Center Gift Card worth $150, and a Bicycle of your CHOICE up to $100! 
 
Teens & Tweens (12 - 18 years of age) can get involved at their library by joining the Teen Advisory Board (T.A.B.) Volunteers  focus on what the library can do for teens by creating fun programs, making exciting recommendations for the collection, and volunteering at library events. Be a part of making an impact on your library! Members earn service hour credit for participating. where they get to help suggest teen reads, programs, and events! FREE MINI Golf Day (Teens & Tweens) will sneak up fast. Make sure you stop by the library for a free round of our literary themed mini golf course. Join us on Spring Break for our Button Art Series to create fun and funky button crafts. Don't forget to sign up for LEGO Robotics as RobotC is introduced
 
Join us for the FOURTH year of Lyrics on the Lawn! This FREE Summer Concert Series will feature Cal Klokkert - Johnny Cash Tribute, Hazeltree, Out of Favor Boys, and Steam Powered Bulegrass. The Friends of the Library will be selling bottled water for $1 and giving away FREE Popcorn!
 
Join area runners for the library sponsored Run for the Gold 5K Family Fun Run! Adults 18+ can join us for six FREE weeks of Zumba Fitness.  Discover the story of a Normandy paratrooper from the program WWII In Their Own Words. Larry Martin will bring us the story of Sgt. Donald Brininstool and share the what the heroes of WWII accomplished on D-Day. Piano on the Porch is back with weekly pianists filling the library with beautiful melodies. 
 

The Friends of the Library are always seeking new members! Check out the Twice Told Tales Book Store to find books for adults, teens, and childrenat $1 or less! Seniors' Club  has some fun new events and Book Clubs are featuring some exciting new titles! Knitters, corchet lovers, and cross-stitchers can gather by the fireplace for Knit2Gether.
