Meeting Rooms

The Library is pleased to offer several different spaces for public non-profit use at no charge. A fee of $25.00 per hour is charged to those using rooms for profit-making purposes, and also for larger social events such as birthday parties and other social events.
The library reserves the right to decline or limit the use of its rooms based on its own program needs which always take precedent.
Room Rentals Include: Lura Sanford Room & Tutor Room(s)
Lura Sanford Room - This spacious program room can easily accommodate large gatherings. A partition can be used to separate into two separate spaces if desired. Each side of the room has personal entry and exit doors. This room is great for Business/Professional Meetings, Wedding Parties, Birthday Celebrations, Baby Showers, Gender Reveal Parties, Graduation Parties and so much more!
Tutor Room(s) - Two rooms that can comfortably seat six people in each. A partition separates these two rooms expanding into a larger meeting space. This space is great for tutoring, business meetings, small church gatherings and more.
Other free meeting spaces are available upon a first come, first serve basis. These spaces include the Young Adult Study, History Room, and Public Tables and Study Carols.
All rooms must be reserved by calling the library at (269) 694-9690 or visiting the circulation desk. Those wishing to rent a room must complete a Room Rental Agreement and review the Meeting Room Policy.
