| 10:00am Cat and the Fiddle Storytime Category : General We will begin our 11 week Fall Storytime with: Michigan Reads! One State, One Children’s Book today-- The Runaway Garden by Jeffrey Schater. Each child will make a “Carrot Bookmark” and fish from the river. Come a little early so you will be ready to learn and sing the Doughnut Song at 10 am. Join us every Tuesday or Wednesday in the Storytime house for this eleven week program. Stories and activities are designed for 2-5 year old children. Programs are usually 30-40 minutes long. |

| 10:00am Cat and the Fiddle Fall Storytime Category : General We will begin our 11 week Fall Storytime with: Michigan Reads! We will have guest Sue Elwell, a Family Nutrition Program Associate from the Allegan County MSU Extension office here to give nutrition pointers all of us can use. Come a little early so you will be ready to learn and sing the Doughnut Song at 10 am. Join us every Tuesday or Wednesday in the Storytime house for this eleven week program. Stories and activities are designed for 2-5 year old children. Programs are ... 6:30pm Exploring Internet Genealogy Category : General This free hands-on training will allow attendees to learn the basics of Internet genealogy databases and practice their researching skills in a lab-type setting. Each participant will be equipped with a laptop computer. Ancestry Library among other databases, will be highlighted. Some basic Internet experience is necessary for this session, and knowing how to use a keyboard and a mouse is necessary. Each class is limited in size, and registration is on a first-come, first served basis. |

| 10:00am Preschool Creative Drama, Music & Movement, "Rock the Library"! Category : General This class requires no registration and is geared for the 3-5 year old preschool child. We will always have a story. It might be read, acted out or as a flannel board presentation. Then we will encourage movement principles of motor skills, control of direction, speed and energy. We will have music and sometimes use rhythm instruments. But mostly we will have fun as we ROCK THE LIBRARY . |
